Retailers save $6/case after rebate on El Monterey® Stuff’d Nachos

Receive a $6/case rebate for cases shipped between January 1st – March 31st, 2025!

Step 1

Fill out the product interest form form below by December 1st, 2024, to qualify for the rebate.

Step 2

Place orders with your preferred distributor when eligible product becomes available.

The rebate is only valid on cases shipped from the distributor between January 1st 2025 and March 31st, 2025. A minimum of 100 cases of eligible product must be shipped between January 1st 2025 and March 31st, 2025, to qualify for the rebate.

Step 3

How to redeem the $6/case rebate:

  1. Proof of Purchase: Submit a distributor “spin report” to [email protected] by May 31st, 2025. The spin report must include the following information for each eligible product order:
    • Case quantity purchased
    • Date of purchase
    • Date of shipping
    • Distributor address where order was shipped from
    • Item description and UPC (see eligible product specs in Sec. 4 below to confirm product eligibility)
  2. Current customers with an existing Ruiz Foods program: The $6/case rebate will be included as part of the quarterly rebate payments.
  3. New customers: Submit a valid W-9 in addition to your distributor spin report to [email protected] by May 31, 2025.

To qualify, users must submit a completed product interest form by December 1, 2024. Rebates apply only to cases of eligible product shipped from a distributor between January 1, 2025, and March 31, 2025, and only for cumulative shipped orders of 100 or more cases during this time period. Offer only available for foodservice operators/retailers in the United States. Offer not valid for distributors.

To redeem the $6/case rebate, users must submit a valid W-9 and distributor spin report to [email protected] by May 31, 2025. This offer is subject to verification of eligibility, and Ruiz Foodservice reserves the right to deny rebates for any non-compliant submissions.

The rebate applies to qualifying orders of El Monterey® Stuff’d Nachos while supplies last. One rebate submission per customer. Reporting must show individual store addresses, purchase information and shipping information. Not valid in conjunction with any other Ruiz Foodservice offer for these products. Ruiz Foodservice has final decision on the interpretation of terms & conditions for this program. Void where prohibited.
